A scrap tyre holds valuable data, through scrap analysis, key causes for tyres failure are indicated and based on the outcome, we advise fleet managers ways to improve tyre maintenance, choose the correct tread design for their application, and other counter measures to minimise downtime and maximise miles, leading to major cost savings.

Vehicle tracking is a crucial activity we follow with all our customers to monitor tyre life and mileage compared to competitors. The process includes recording tyre fitment details with vehicle numbers, measuring the Non-Skid Depth (NSD) gauge based on tyre sequence, and tracking the Hours Meter Reading (HMR) of the vehicle. We then calculate the expected tyre life based on the NSD and HMR data. By analysing this, we can accurately justify tyre life and cost per hour to our customers, and THIS has been instrumental in converting major customers.
